Hawaiian Style Baklava – Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently offer local delivery on Oʻahu.

Delivery dates and times will be confirmed after your order is placed.

We do not ship our baklava inter-island or to the mainland due to its perishable nature.

All baklava is made fresh to order.

Please allow 1–2 days for preparation before delivery, depending on order size.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout or communicated during order confirmation.

Please double-check your delivery address and contact information.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will gladly assist you.

Photos may be required for quality assurance.

We do not offer USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other mail shipping at this time.
